I recently had the pleasure of staying at Minerva Grand Boutique in Cairo, a hidden gem that perfectly blends authentic charm with modern comforts. Located just a short walk from the Egyptian Museum and vibrant Tahrir Square, this hotel offers an ideal base for exploring the heart of Cairo. The staff at Minerva made my stay lovely. Fady Habib, in particular, was an really good source of assistance, helping plan our daily activities with his warm and enthusiastic approach. The vintage elevator added character to the hotel's grand interior, making the experience even more good. While the room was spacious and equipped with a comfortable bed, I did notice that the housekeeping could use a tad more attention; a cleaner set of sheets would have elevated the experience. The convenience of the airport shuttle made our arrival and departure seamless. Breakfast each morning was a comforting routine, although the offerings remained consistent, providing a reliable start to our busy days of exploration. Minerva Grand Boutique is a fantastic choice for those seeking a balanced mix of convenience and local culture in the bustling heart of downtown Cairo.
